Directions
Dissolve 35.60 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely and distribute in test tube containing inverted Durham’s tube. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs. pressure (121 °C) for 15 min, cool it to 42-45 °C and inoculate test sample aseptically.
Note: for 1.0 or less than 1.0 ml of water sample single strength broth is used and for more than 1.0 ml double strength broth is used.
