Directions

Dissolve 51.00 grams in 980 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Do not autoclave, cool it to 45-50°C and add 20 ml of 95% ethanol. Mix and dispense 4.00 ml amount into 60 mm petri plates. Distribute aseptically in petri plates and allow to solidify. Ensure complete solidification and inoculate test sample aseptically. DO NOT EXPOSE PLATES TO DIRECT SUNLIGHT.
