Directions
Dissolve 31.00 grams (the equivalent weight of dehydrated medium per liter) in
1000 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. DO NOT
AUTOCLAVE. DO NOT OVERHEAT. Cool to 45-50°C. Mix well and distribute aseptically in
petri plates and allow to solidify. Ensure complete solidification and inoculate test sample
aseptically.
