Directions
Dissolve 27.00 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Sterilize the media by autoclaving
at 15lbs pressure and 121 ˚C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50°C and add 5 mg/l novobiocin, mix
well and distribute aseptically in petri plates and allow to solidify. Ensure complete solidification
and inoculate test sample aseptically.
