Directions
Dissolve 36.60 grams (the equivalent weight of dehydrated medium per liter) in 1000 ml distilled
water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121 ℃, at 15 psi for 15 min; cool to 45-50°C. Mix well and distribute aseptically in petri plates and allow to solidify. Ensure complete solidification and inoculate test sample aseptically.
