Directions
Dissolve 32.40 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Sterilize the media by autoclaving at 15lbs
pressure and 121℃ for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50°C and distribute aseptically in petri plates, allow to
solidify. Ensure complete solidification and inoculate test sample aseptically.
