Directions
Dissolve 60.00 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium
completely. Sterilize the medium by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure at 121˚C for 15 minutes; cool
it to 42-45 °C. Add 70 ml of bismuth ammonium sulphite reagent and 4 ml of 1% brilliant green
solution. Mix well and distribute aseptically in petri plates with gentile shaking for equal
distribution. Ensure complete solidification and inoculate test sample aseptically.
