Directions
Dissolve 26.00 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 min, cool it to 50-52 °C and distribute aseptically in test tubes (10 ml). Inoculate 1ml of test sample in molten state mix well. Allow to set the medium in up write position and incubate at desired temperature.
