Directions
Dissolve 41.50 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium
Completely. DO NOT OVERHEAT OR AUTOCLAVE. Cool to 45-50°C and distribute
aseptically in petri plates and allow to solidify. Ensure complete solidification and inoculate test
sample aseptically.
If desired, add 0.5 ml polysorbate 80 and 2.00 ml of 10% aqueous solution of sodium carbonate,
after boiling.
