Directions
Dissolve 20.00 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat, if necessary, to dissolve the
medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (115°C) for 10 min, Cool to 20
25°C and aseptically inoculate test sample.
Note: To avoid the growth of bacteria and desired adjust the acidic pH by using 10% lactic acid
solution.
