Directions
Dissolve 36.00 grams in 930 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium
completely and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs. pressure (121 °C) for 15 min, cool it to 42-45 °C,
and aseptically add sterile 50 ml of 5% Hemoglobin solution, 1 vial of vitamin growth
supplement and VCAT supplement. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates. Avoiding air
bubbles while pouring. Ensure complete solidification and inoculate test sample aseptically.
