Directions
Dissolve 10.50 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Add 10 gm. of L-Lysine, L
Arginine, LOrnithine or other L-amino acids. When using DL-amino acids, use 2%
concentration (When L-Ornithine is added, adjust the pH to 6.0). Heat if necessary, to dissolve
the medium completely. Distribute 5.0 ml in screw-capped tubes and sterilize by autoclaving at
15 lbs pressure (121 °C) for 10 min, Cool to 20-25°C and aseptically inoculate test sample.
