Directions
Dissolve 20.50 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat, if necessary, to dissolve the
medium completely. Distribute 5.0 ml in screw-capped tubes and sterilize by autoclaving at 15
lbs pressure (121 °C) for 10 min, Cool to 20-25°C and aseptically inoculate test sample.
