Directions
Dissolve 9.38 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs
pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50°C and add 10 ml of 10% sterile carbohydrate
solution (10% Dextrose, 10% lactose or 10% Saccharose solution). Mix well and aseptically
transfer 5 ml in sterile test tube to form stab. Inoculate test sample aseptically.
