Directions
Dissolve 84.75 grams in 1000 ml distilled water containing 1.32 ml glacial acetic
acid, heat with constant stirring for 1-2 minutes to dissolve the medium completely. DO NOT
AUTOCLAVE. Always used freshly prepared medium. Mix well and distribute aseptically in
petri plates. Ensure complete solidification and inoculate test sample aseptically.
